Learn the art of lifting heavy odd things you see in the environment around you! A combination of Strongman type training, and Movnat lifting type training; whereby the practitioner does stuff like flip heavy tyres, lift big logs, throw stones, bending metal, pull/push heavy sleds, etc.

Learn it from Coach Glen, who have professional experience in high performance strength training, strongman, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, movnat, since 2005 – Qualified in strength & conditioning, psychology and nutrition – You will learn everything you need to know to: Lift/move with the correct techniques/form, the biomechanics, how to program your own training and nutrition for optimal performance. This includes: All olympic lifts, all powerlifts, all strongman type lifts/skills, and all MovNat lifting skills.

Where: ArkBloc gym, located at Punggol.

How much: $150 for 2 hours long training session (Excluding your own personal expenditure to use the gym *As we are separate). 1-3 sessions are all that’s needed to fully equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need.
